What is the Thirty-One Outlet Sale?
This is your chance to purchase your favorite discontinued prints and products from previous Catalogs, while supplies last! These products are perfect for any gift-giving occasion!

What are the dates of the Thirty-One Outlet Sale?
The sale will start at 10 a.m. EST on Wednesday, December 26 and end at noon EST on Friday, December 28.

How do I shop the Thirty-One Outlet Sale?
It's easy... just click this link!

Can any of the items I purchase during the Thirty-One Outlet Sale be personalized?
No, personalization isn’t available during this sale.

Can I use a gift certificate as payment?
No, gift certificates may not be used during the Thirty-One Outlet Sale.

What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. We can’t accept debit cards that aren’t associated with these four credit card affiliations.

Can I change the quantities or cancel an item in my order?
All sales are final, so no changes can be made after your order is submitted.

What do I do if I have any issues or concerns with my order and need to contact someone at Thirty-One?
Contact Thirty-One at 1-866-GIFTS31 or ThirtyOneOutlet@thirtyonegifts.com for questions about the Thirty-One Outlet Sale any time. You can reach them by phone from 7 a.m.-12 a.m. EST Monday through Friday, and Saturdays from 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. EST. Please note, they are closed on January 1.

Will I have to pay sales tax?
Yes, your order will be taxed appropriately in accordance with your shipping address.

What is the return policy and other policies for the Thirty-One Outlet Sale?
For this sale, all sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted. Also, items cannot be resold. We reserve the right to cancel or hold an order based on the product quantity or product availability.

The authorization on my credit card disappeared. Does that mean my order was canceled?
Don’t worry – your order wasn’t canceled. The authorization on your credit card will disappear 24 – 48 hours after placing your order. Your credit card will be charged when your order ships in January.

When I place items in my cart, are they held for me?
If you place items in your cart, they are not guaranteed for purchase until you successfully complete checkout.
